Pre-requisites

All experience levels are welcome! No previous Kanban training or experience is required.

Certified Training

Participants will receive a certificate of completion for each course.

Credential

Participants will receive a certificate of completion as well as the TKP or SKP credential which is valid for a lifetime.

Kanban Management Professional (KMP)

Kanban System Design (KSD)

This training class is the foundation training for the KMP credential and is is ideal for managers, developers, and anyone wanting to learn the fundamentals of the Kanban Method. The class includes the use of a Kanban simulation as well as exercises to design an actual Kanban system. With the KDI or KSI training, earn the KMP credential. (4-day online training). Kanban Systems Improvement (KSI)

Duration

In person two day course or 16 hour virtual course.

Pre-requisites

Attendees are expected to have read “Kanban” by David J Anderson or “Kanban from the Inside” by Mike Burrows.
For KSI / KDI, prior attendance in the Kanban System Design class is strongly recommended.

Certified Training

Participants will receive a certificate of completion for each course.

Credential

Students completing the Kanban System Design(KSD) course along with either KSI or KDI will receive the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential.

Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP)

Kanban Maturity Model (KMM)

Students completing the coursework requirement of the Kanban Coaching Professional (KCP) credential (KSD, KSI/KDI, KMM, and KC courses) are eligible to take the KCP Exam to attain their KCP Credential.
